By booking services with Forever Yours Officially LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Services Provided
Forever Yours Officially LLC provides wedding-related services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Wedding officiating
- Event coordination
- Event décor setup and breakdown
- Wedding and special event planning services
Specific services will be outlined in your individual contract or invoice.
2. Venue & Rental Requirements
Many events coordinated by Forever Yours Officially LLC take place at or involve One Stop Center LLC.
- All venue rentals, liability agreements, and required documents must be completed directly with One Stop Center LLC.
- Clients are required to sign a separate contract with One Stop Center LLC.
- All rules, policies, capacity limits, and restrictions set by One Stop Center LLC must be followed at all times.
- Failure to comply with One Stop Center LLC’s rules may result in cancellation of services without refund.
Forever Yours Officially LLC is not responsible for enforcement decisions made by One Stop Center LLC.
3. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date and services.
- All remaining balances, including any venue rental fees, add-ons, or upgrades, must be paid in full no later than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled event.
- Payments not received by the 72-hour deadline may result in cancellation of services without refund of prior payments.
- Same-day or last-minute bookings may require full payment at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds.
- If the Client cancels or fails to meet venue or payment requirements, Forever Yours Officially LLC reserves the right to cancel services.
- If Forever Yours Officially LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments made for services not rendered.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate event details and timelines
- Ensure guests comply with venue rules
- Obtain any required permits, licenses, or approvals
- Maintain a safe environment for staff and vendors
Forever Yours Officially LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or service limitations caused by guests, vendors, weather, or venue restrictions.
6. Damages & Liability
- The Client is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or vendors.
- Forever Yours Officially LLC is not liable for damage to personal property, décor, or belongings brought to the event.
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forever Yours Officially LLC from claims arising from their event, guests, or failure to follow venue rules.
7. Décor, Setup & Breakdown
- Setup and breakdown times are limited to the hours outlined in the contract.
- Additional hours requested are subject to availability and additional fees.
- Décor designs are subject to reasonable substitutions based on availability.
8. Force Majeure
Forever Yours Officially LLC is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
9. Changes to Services
Any changes to services, timelines, or packages must be requested in writing and approved by Forever Yours Officially LLC. Additional fees may apply.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services, submitting payment, or signing a contract, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
