I will manage all vendor communication, create a detailed contact list, and share all finalized plans to ensure every element is perfectly coordinated. Additionally, we will collaborate on guest activities and accommodations to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone attending.
Partial Planning starting at $500
Perfect for couples who already have a venue or have begun planning but need assistance finalizing the details.
Together, we will review and refine your budget, and I will contact and obtain quotes from any remaining vendors that still need to be booked. I will help organize your vision, creating a cohesive design plan that incorporates your chosen décor and personal style.
We will work closely to ensure every detail is confirmed and prepared so that everything is perfectly in place before your wedding day.
Invitation and Website Creation starting at $100
Using your favorite photos or engagement pictures, I will design a beautiful, personalized wedding invitation that reflects your style and love story, and handle sending it to your guest list.
Additionally, I will create a custom wedding website with a virtual RSVP option, making it easy for guests to respond and stay informed about your special day.
Set Up Service starting at $300
Ideal for DIY weddings with décor that needs to be set up. Based on the size of your event, I will provide the necessary team members to arrive early and assist with decorating, table setup, and any other preparations needed before the ceremony.
This service can be booked as a standalone option or added to any of our planning or coordination packages.
Clean up crew starting at $200
The size of your event and amount of cleanup required will determine how many team members are provided. Our team will assist with dismantling decorations, packing items, and ensuring the venue is cleaned and organized after the reception, leaving the space exactly as required.
Day of Coordinator starting at $600
As your Day-of Coordinator, I will review all pre-planned details with you to ensure we share a clear and cohesive vision for your wedding day. I will create a detailed timeline, coordinate with vendors, and provide dedicated support to you and your wedding party throughout the event.
On the day of the wedding, I will oversee setup, manage the flow of events from start to finish, and handle any issues that arise—allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your special day.
Officiating Only starting at $150
I will help you select the perfect location for your ceremony and create a personalized script that reflects your love story. We will meet prior to the wedding to review details, and on the day of, I will perform the ceremony and ensure it runs smoothly. Afterward, I will sign your marriage license, and you will submit it to the court to make your marriage official.

I provide full assistance in arranging accommodations for out-of-town guests, including hotel options, car rentals, and other travel needs. You will receive a detailed breakdown of all guest accommodations, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for everyone.
